Bride is former Miss Iva Lynn Cosslett, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Cosslett, Cedar City. Groom is son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Myers of Milford. Iva Lynn Cosslett Pulls Strings on June Wedding Bells June wedding bells were still ringing this week for Iva Lynn Cosslett of Cedar City and Gordon Gor-don L. Myers of Milford. The couple have been honeymooning in Las Vegas, Nev. this past week following a host of activities on their wedding day, Friday, June 17. They were wed in the Cedar First Ward Chapel Friday evening eve-ning with Bishop Parson U. Webster Web-ster of the First Ward conducting the ceremony. Following the ceremony cere-mony the wedding group was served a luncheon by sisters and sisters in laws of the bride. Friday evening the couple received re-ceived friends and relatives at the Relief Society Rooms at a reception, re-ception, program and dance. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Cosslett of Cedar Ce-dar City and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Myers of Milford. Attending the bride throughout through-out the day was Donna Rae Dix as maid of honor and Patsy Bon-zo Bon-zo and Ruthell Lamoreaux as bridesmaids. Matron of honor for the occasion was Mrs. Phyllis Myers, sister-in-law of the bridegroom. bride-groom. Standing as best man was Frank Myers, a brother of the groom. Friends of the groom from Milford acted in the capacity of ushers. Those serving the luncheon to the bridial party following the ceremony were Mrs. Max Cosslett, Mrs. Comer Cosslett, and Mrs. Wesley Thompson of Cedar City, and Mrs. Margaret Woodbury and Mrs. Karma Sproul of California. In charge of the gift room were Kristlne Cony, Sherlene Slack, Eva Dean Pryor and Pat Pace. Serving refreshments were nieces of the bride, Marlene and Marie Ree Cosslett, and a sister of the groom, Kathy Myers. |
