Selective Service Calls Two, Another Enlists inAF One Parowan youth enlisted in the Air Corps and left for his training base last week and two more young men from here will leave next Tuesday, Dec. 1 for induction into the armed forces under the Selective Service program. pro-gram. Larry G. Heap, son of Mrs. Lei-lon Lei-lon B. Heap left Salt Lake City on Saturday, Nov. 14 for Lackland Lack-land Air Base, San Antonio, Tex. for training after volunteering in that branch of the service The two inductees are Richard Whitney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Whitney, and Garth Gilger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Gilger. They are to report at the induction center in Salt Lake City Tuesday morning, Dec. 1 under call from Selective Service.
