Local Youths Picked I For Scholastic Frat Membership i j Shirrell Lynn Larsen, son of i Mrs. Beatrice Baldwin of Cedar City, and Verl Reed Topham, j son of Mr. and Mrs. Angus Top-i Top-i ham of Paragonah, were ink-ilated ink-ilated into Phi Eta Sigma, honorary hon-orary scholastic fraternity at the University of Utah for freshmen men at ceremonies recently. Membersship in the honorary fraternity is given on the basis of scholastic achievement plus cl'aratter and personality. Larry Jenkins, president of the fraternity fraterni-ty conducted the initiation ceremonies. cere-monies. Larsen is attending the U of U on a Ford Foundation scholarship scholar-ship this year.
