Show S. L. Funeral Held ForMrs.Gogoff, Native of Parowan Funeral services are being held this, Thursday, afternoon, for Mrs. Phoebe Elizabeth Benson Gogoff, 58, Parowan native, who died in a Salt Lake City hospital hospi-tal Tuesday. Mrs. Gogoff had been a resident of Salt Lake City for many years and her funeral fu-neral services will be held in the Eighth ward L D S chapel in that city. Mrs. Gogoff was born here on March 6, 1893, a daughter of John and Mary Alice Klingon-smith Klingon-smith Benson, and spent all her early life in Parowan. She married mar-ried John Liddiard here in 1920 and following their separation she married Alex Gogoff. They made their home in Salt Lake City. She was a member of the Relief Society in her ward. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Mary Lou Mug-gleston; Mug-gleston; one sister, Mrs. Belle Empey, Salt Lake City; four brothers, John C. Benson, Provo; Arch and Phil Benson, Parowan, and Neil Benson, Los Angeles, Calif. |
