Show City Council Duo To Take Office . In Cedar January 7 Two new city councllmen, vie tors in the municipal election in November, will take office on Jan. 7, when the oath of office will be administered. At the same time another city councilman and the city treasurer, both reelected, re-elected, will also take their oath of office. The new councilmen are Wil-lard Wil-lard Lunt and Keith Smith, both Republicans. They will succeed Haldow E. Christensen, Democrat, Demo-crat, who has served for the past four years, and Gail Seegmiller, Republican, who at the end of his term of office, did not seek reelection. re-election. M. F. Grames, Republican, was re-elected to his position on the council, and Mrs. Zelma Glass, Republican, was re-elected as treasurer. Each of the newly elected officers of-ficers will serve for a four-year term. The city administration will be completely Republican with the exception of Frank Milne, Democrat, Dem-ocrat, whose term continues for another two years. The other councilman is J. L.
