Show Perfume Deodorizer Output Starts R Cedar Factory "Hi-Scent," a new perfume-type cool-air deodorizer that may rival some of the better-known chlorophyll chlor-ophyll deodorizers, is going into production at the Cedar Citv plant of the Aspen Cooler Pad Mfg. Co., according to Forrest Hunter, president of the company. com-pany. The new deodorizer, containing con-taining high-grade perfume in an air-soluble base, will be tested in several stores in Cedar City during the coming week. Experimental work has been conducted for the past year to develop de-velop a suitable base in which to suspend the perfume. The base, called synthetic earthworm, dissolves in the air, quite slowly in cool air and more rapidly in warm, Mr. Hunter reported. Placed before cool-air outlets and open windows, "Hi-Scent" circulates throughout a room lor store, overcoming objection-I objection-I able odors by displacement rath-'er rath-'er than by the absorption which ! characterizes the chlorophyll-type chlorophyll-type deodorizers. The company manufactures also a nationally used cooler pad made from aspens found In the Iron county region that are believed the best known for that use. |
