Show Women's liUR Outing Set for July 18 -20 at Pine Valley Plans are rapidly nearing completion com-pletion for the mothers and daughters outing for Cedar Stake Y. W. M. I. A. Approximately Approximate-ly 250 have registered to attend the affair which will be held in Pine Valley mountains July 18 to 20. Stake officers extend an invitation in-vitation to all women of the area to attend. The caravan will leave Cedar City at 5 a. m. on Saturday, July 18 to arrive in time for flag raising rais-ing ceremonies before breakfast. The day's program for Saturday Satur-day will follow an Indian theme with recreation committee leaders lead-ers serving as "chiefs" over each unit. The fireside program that evening will consist of Indian legends and music Hiking tours under supervision of trained naturalists will be offered of-fered as part of the day's sports and recreation. Sunday will include a series of church gatherings with Sunday School services in the morning, a Sacrament meeting in the afternoon after-noon and a firesHe program in the evening, consisting of pag-entry pag-entry and music. Camp will break after breakfast break-fast on Monday. Each committee is staffed by members from wards of the stake. The general chairman, Helen Crawford, reports that since MIA girls are required to take a physical examination before be-fore going on a camping trip, arrangements ar-rangements have been made with local doctors to give these examinations exam-inations free of charge to the girls. Such cooperation from the medical profession is greatly appreciated. ap-preciated.
