Pronertv Purchased tor School Grounds The Iron County Board of Education Ed-ucation Monday authorized the purchase of the Reed Johnson home and lot located on the northeast corner of property designated de-signated for school grounds for a proposed new .v elementary school in the northwest portion of Cedar City. There are other home on the property, but the Johnson .prop-erty .prop-erty is the onlv p' that 13 needed to get the project under way. The Board hopes to eventually even-tually acquire all of the prop-, erty, but it is not absolutely' necessary that it be acquired. At the same meeting the board authorized Mrs. Leona J. Lyman, county supervisor of the school lunch program to attend the National Na-tional School Lunch conference at Los Angeles on Nov. 12 to 14.
