ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF IRON, STATE OF UTAH In the Matter of the Adoption of JAN LIPPHAKDT, a minor TO RICHARD H. LIPFHARDT, the father of the above named child and to all other persons interested inter-ested in said matter: , You are hereby notified that H. Wendell Jones and Carmen L. Jones have fned their petition in the above court alleging tnat the above named child is a child ueserted and abandoned by its father and praying for the adoption adop-tion of said child by H. Wenueil Jones. You are hereby ordered to appear ap-pear and show cause at tne courtroom of the Iron County Courthouse at Parowan, Utah on the 9th day of September, 1952 at the hour of ten o'clock a. m. of said day and then and mere show cause, it any you have, why it should not be adjudged that said child is a deserted and abandoned child and why said petition for adoption of said child by .
