Show Hew Chinese Cafe To Open Here Late This Month A new cafe will be opened in Cedar City near the end of July under the management of three experienced ' Chinese cafe and restaurant operators. A feature of the new establishment will be its offering of both Chinese and American dishes on its regular reg-ular menu. The. new cafe, to be located in the Leigh Hotel building on Main street, where the recently closed Piute cafe was operated, will be known as the "Far East Cafe." The management announces an-nounces that the cafe will be open for business about July 31, and will offer service from 5 a. m. until midnight each day, and longer if the business justifies the longer hours. The new cafe owners are Bin C. Yee, Chester Yee, and Lang S. Wong, who came here from Salt Lake City. Bin and Chester Yee, ; uncle and nephew, have been engaged- in the cafe business busi-ness in Salt Lake City for some time, while Mr. Wong has been associated with cafe operations in Durango, Colo., for some time. The cafe is being completely redecorated and repainted, and considerable new kitchen equip- ment will be Installed, and when the renovation and redecoration is completed the new owners will be prepared to serve the public efficiently in a clean and wholesome atmosphere.
