Show Paragonah Livestock Group Elects Officers Thomas A. Robinson of Paragonah Para-gonah was elected president of the Paragonah Livestock Association Associa-tion at the annual meeting held I - 1. m t II A. At A - I in me Mown uuu ui inai jjiui-u December 13, 1948. II. B. Robinson, Rob-inson, Paragonah was elected vice president and Frank Williamson, Wil-liamson, also of that town, was named secretary-treasurer, with the other members of the board being Arthur B. Evans, Parowan Paro-wan and T. A. Tophom, Paragonah. Para-gonah. All five elected officers constitute the Advisory board. These men will represent the 72 forest permittees who graze cattle and horses on the Red Creek allotment of the Dixie National Na-tional Forest. The association was organized in 1917, at which time Thomas A. Robinson was made secretary secre-tary by the 77 permittees who held rights on the forest at that time. He served as president until un-til 1924, again as president from 1927 to 1936 and as secretary and treasurer from 1943 to 1918. The association will require all permittees to run grade B bulls commencing in 1949. Distribution of cattle and salt on the range will be handled by the advisory board.
