CIVIL SLITS IT LEI) IN DISTRICT COURT Three civil suits were filed with the Clerk of the District Court la this county during the past week, two of them divorce suiU and th third a contract suit. The suits filed are as follows: Cleone Warthen Bueter vs. William Wil-liam H. Bueter in which plaintiff asks for interlocutory divorce decree de-cree on grounds of cruelty. Nola Hall Adams vs. Myles Adams, in which plaintiff asks for divorce, charging non-support, and asks rot-custody rot-custody of six minor children and alimony as the court deems Just. Charles B. Petty vs. John D. Hopkins Hop-kins and Charles R. Hunter, in which plaintiff asks for Judgement ; against dependents in the sum cf $1,305.59 for rent on the Petty gar-' gar-' age building in Cedar City, $335 in damages to property and $300 attorney at-torney fees.
