Show Legionaires Pledge Bond Purchases At a meeting of the Cedar Post of the American Legion Monday night a unanimous decision was reached to purchase three $500 War Bonds immediately. Each member present voiced the sentiment that the present job of every citzeii and organization is to win the war and that as quickly as possible. It was felt that non-essentials should be trimmed from all programs of living and that serious ser-ious efforts be made to back the boys who are giving their all for the light to live as free people. Each of the ex-service men pledged himself to cooperate with the Post and also buy stamps and bonds individually in-dividually to the last dime. After all, few groups are better acquainted with the price of war than the Legionaires.
