OCR Text	Show Patrolman Gives Talk on Safety Before Lions Club v A most interesting talk on traf-fjee traf-fjee safety was given by State Traffic Traf-fic Patrolman Otto File at the meetings meet-ings of the lions Club Monday. After tracing the history of automobile auto-mobile development and its resultant result-ant Increase in traffic accidents and deaths, the speaker gave a very "common sense" dlscuslon on the causes of traffic accidents, and what has been done to curb them. Most of the traffic laws on the statute books of today were put there as the result of accidents, and a study of the cause of accidents. In addition to this splendid talk the program, arranged by the club safety committee with Furl Porter as chairman, Included two violin solos by Roy L. Halverscn, accompanied accom-panied by Frank Van Cott.
