Show Cedar Brothers Win Good Conduct Awards Mrs. George Manning received word recently that her brothers. Sat. Pratt Smith and CpL McKay Smith, who are training with a field artillery unit at Camp Polk, Louisiana, were two out of 17 men of their battery to be presented with good conduct ribbons. Both Pratt and McKay left Cedar City with the local unit of the National Guard in 1941. Another brother, Glen a Smith, who Joined the Marine Corps on November 22. 19, has been ad-vanced ad-vanced to the rank of private first class, according to reports. Glen Ls now stationed at the Marine training center at San Diego, California. |
