Show Granddaughter of Cedar City Man Dies In St George Edwin Hlgbee of Cedar City received re-ceived word early tills week of the death of his 3.year-old granddaughter, grand-daughter, Golda Maree Harris, In St. George on Monday, January 31, of an acute kidney ailment The baby, a daighter of Mr. Hlgbee's son-in-law and daughter, Lt. and Mrs. Grant B. Harris, had been left with her grandmother In St. George while her mother went to North Carolina to see her husband hus-band who had received his orders for overseas duty. The child be-came be-came suddenly ill and died within a very short time. Lt. Harris was able to obtain emergency leave and he and Mrs Harris left for home immediately.' Oolda Maree was born November Novem-ber 14, 1940, at St. Oeorge. She Is survived by her parents, four sisters, sis-ters, Rosalee, Shirley, Helen and Jeannenne Harris, all of St. George, three grandparents, Mrs. Mary B. Harris and Mrs. Eva Page Hlgbee of St. George and Mr. Hlgbee of Cedar City, and four great-grand, parents. Mr. and Mrs Richard Hlgbee of Toquervllle, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Page of Cedar City. |
