Show New Harmony Mr. and Mrs. Anthon H. Pace took their small daughter to Cedar City Thursday to receive medical treatment. Sheldon Grant left last Saturday to go Into the army. Each Sunday over radio Station KSUB there is a program given by the Parowan Stake of the L. D. S. Church. Each ward in the Stoke Is assigned a Sunday to supply the entertainment. Last Sunday the New Harmony Ward presented the program, which consisted of a talk on mnrrriage by Mrs. Beulah Farns-worth Farns-worth and a piano solo, "Oh My Father", by Wllma B. Pace. We are having some very bad weather with the snow so deep the snow plow Is kept busy trying to keep the road open so that the mail truck can go through. Word has been received that another an-other of our boys, Mark Adair, has been shipped overseas. Three of the boys were called for their pre-induction physical exams In Salt Lake City this week. They were Verl Kelsey, Keith Neilson, and Edwin Hopkins. |
