Bartlett of the firm of Murphy & Bartlett came down from St. Anthony Antho-ny Saturday night, accompanied by his family. i Joe Murphy and John MeMannis left Monday for towns west of the efty. Miss Emma Falk leaves this week for her home in Anaconda, after an extended ex-tended summer visit with her sister here, Mrs. W. N. McCarty. Misses Thena and Mabel Mooney are hack from a three months' visit with friends and relatives in Chicago and other eartern points. Hugh Wood of the Wood Livestock company, one of the biggest institutions institu-tions of its kind in the west, was in the Gate City Monday on his way to Chicago, ahead of a trainload of sheep, which were unloaded here and prepared pre-pared for another lap in their shipment ship-ment to the Chicago stockyards. |
