Show ( ANACONDA, MONT. Mrs. J. C. Sullivan has returned from a short stay at Alhambra Springs. Mrs. Nellie Muvihill of Livingston is visiting friends in this city. Mrs. John Driscoll and brother, Will Gobbln, spent a few days at Pipestone last week. S. M. Kennedy and T. Bryant of Butte and Mrs. Quiggan, Mrs. Rundle and Miss Lucy Major of Great Falls formed a party that visited in Anaconda Ana-conda this week The funeral of the late Arthur Stewart Stew-art took place Monday morning from the family residence, 111 Alder street. Requiem high mass was celebrated at St. Peter's church. Interment was made in Mt. Carmel cemetery. Michael O'Leary, a pioneer of this city, died Sunday morning at St. Ann's hospital after a brief illness of stomach stom-ach trouble. Mr. O'Leary worked his usual shift at the Washoe smelter Friday Fri-day evening. He was taken to the hospital the following day. Mr. O'Leary was 56 years of age, and had lived in this city twelve years. He is survived by five sons and two daughters. daugh-ters. John J. O'Leary, a druggist of Butte, is a son; another lives in Alaska, one in Seattle, another in Salt Lake . and one in this city. One daughter resides re-sides at home, and the other daughter , is a Sister of Charity at Leavenworth, I Kan. , |
