Show Wedding Bells, St. Patrick's church was the scene of a pretty wedding, when, on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, Sept. 18, Miss Winifred Walsh, one of the most popular girls of the north side, became the bride of Bernard Ber-nard Donovan. The pastor. Rev. Joseph Jo-seph P. Carrigan. performed the ceremony cere-mony and was celebrant at nuptial mass which followed. The bride looked lovely in a gown of white silk crepe de chine, elaborately trimmed in lace. She wore a long tulle veil and carried a showed bouquet of bride's roses. Her sister. Miss Mary Walsh, was her only attendant. She also wore white, with white picture hat. Peter Walsh, a brother of the bride, was best man. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast break-fast was served at the home of the bride's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Donovan are now enjoying a honeymoon in the east, but will make their home in Denver Den-ver after Nov. 1. |
