Show Obituary. The humble little home of Ernest Malone. a stonemason residing nt 206 South Marion street, was plunged into deep grief last Saturday, when Dorothy, Do-rothy, the youngest of the six children of Mr. and Mrs. Malone. lost her life in the city ditch, which flows very near their home. The baby was playing with her brother and sisters, but none saw her when she strayed from the yard and stumbled into the deep ditch, and it was some hours after that her body was dragged from the water by one of the searching parties that so quickly responded to the frantic moth-re's moth-re's call for help when she found her little one missing. The funeral occurred oc-curred Tuesday afternoon with service at the home. Interment in Mount Calvary Cal-vary cemetery. Mrs. Mary Culliton, wife of Thomas P. Culliton of 3740 Humboldt street, died on Thursday, Sept. 19. at the family fam-ily home. Her funeral occurred Saturday Sat-urday morning with requiem mass at Annunciation church. Burial was in Mount Olivet cemetery. j The funeral of C. W. Wibe! took place Wednesday morning. Sept. IS, from St. Farncis' de Sales church. Rev. J. J. Donnelly said requiem mass. Interment In-terment was in Mount Calvary cemetery. ceme-tery. The sudden death of Mr. Wibel was particularly sad, as it occurred when on the first vacation he had permitted per-mitted himself in twelve years. Eighteen Eight-een years ago he went to work for the Colorado & Northern railroad, and at the time of his death was general foreman fore-man for the 'road. Early in September he decided on a vacation to be passed in the mountains, and while visiting a mine at Victor the accident occurred which cost him his life. Mr. Wibel is survived by a widow and three sons, Charles. Clarence and Chester Wibel, who reside in the family home, 1593 South Emerson street. |
