Father Des Creux, who has been the guest of Father Larkin of All Hallows college, left last Tuesday for San Francisco, after a pleasant stay in Salt Lake. Bt. Rev. Bishop Scanlan spent all of last week at the orphanage superintending superin-tending the planting of trees and shrubs. Several hundred trees are planted at the west side, and it will be only a short time until the grounds will have the appearance of a beautiful park. Mrs. James Ivers, Mrs. Miles Finlen of Butte and Mrs. Henry Welsh were visitors to the orphanage last Tuesday. Tues-day. The members of the Juvenile choir and the 11 o'clock choir are working hard on the Christmas music. |
