Show Excursion Taken By Students Weston Elementary School Pupils Visit Sego Plant, Clarion Newspaper Office Teachers Eva Rice and Oda Fon nesbeck in the Primary grades of the Weston schools, took their combined three grades to Richmond, Rich-mond, Utah, to see the canned milk processes of the Sego Milk factory. The children and their teachers are studying the dairy business of their community. Some forty-four little people and tueir teachers with these parents, Mrs. George Hanson, Mrs. M. M. Dea-ton, Dea-ton, Mrs. George FredricKson, Mrs. Jeppson and Mrs. Claude LaPray, went in the grade school bus. After finding out what is meant by Evaporated Milk, Eradiated Milk, and Homogenized Milk, they were taken to the Merrill confec tionery in Preston for lunch. The trip was altogether instructive and loads of fun for all. Forty-four children called on the Clarion and watched the weekly news roll off the press. Its fun to go to school any day hut a session of school in the bus, the Sego Milk plant, or the Clarion office is the newest and best. |
