Show Mrs. E. H. Clark, who spent the j past three months visiting with her j mother, Mrs. Annie Christensen, re-! turned to her home at Pocatello last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Perkins and sons, and Mrs. Martha Perkins, of j Castlegate, were visitors at the home! of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Perkins last Sunday. . I i i j LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST i Harold Lewis of Salt Lake, returned to his home the fore part of the week. He was called here to attend the funeral fu-neral of Mrs. J. W. DufTin. Ray T. Samuelson stopped in Gunnison Gun-nison last Saturday. Mr. Samuelson, who is from Salt Lake, was a business visitor. La Mar Busath, of the News, spent the fore part of the week visiting with relatives and friends at Nephi. J. P. Fjeldsted, who is wintering at 1he Soldiers' home at Sawtelle, sent hi; subscription money and says he is ( njoying good health and delights in getting the home town news through the home town paper. Mr. and Mrs. Lavour Voorhees are receiving the congratulations of their many friends over the arival of a fine baby boy at their home. The baby was born Tuesday night and all at the Vooihees home are doing splendidly. Simon Hansen, a former resident of the valley, but who has been living liv-ing at Palo Alto, Calif., for the past twenty years or more, was here renewing re-newing acquaintances the first of the week. The coast visitor is the guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Olaen at Mayfield. |
