Erickson farm; tine North intervening street crossing between Parcels 20 and 12; beginning at the Northwest corner of Parcel 12 and running thence South on the East side of Main Street to the North boundary of Sixth South Street; thence West across Main Street to the sidewalk on the West clHo rf Main Street, nil as nlatted in Plat "A", Gunnison Townsite Entry, Gunnison City, Sanpete County, State of Utah; said sidewalks to be 4 feet wide and 4 inches thick; driveways to be 9 feet long.and six inches thick; crossings to be 6 inches thick, and defray the abbuters portion of the cost and expense thereof by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground to be affected and benefited, by said improvement and abbutting it the said district to be known as Sidewalk Paving District No. 2, being hounded on the North by Center Cen-ter Street and said Block 20, on the West by Second West Street and the abbuting property on the West side of Main Street from Third South Street) to the Mads Christensen ditch, on the South by said Blocks 10 and 11; the Mads Christensen ditch and Second South Street; on the East by property abbutting east side of Main Street between Fifth and Sixth South Streets, and First and Second East Streets. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at $10,762.40, or an average estimated cost per square foot of tiwenty (20) cents, all of which is to be borne by the abbuting property owners except street crossings cros-sings and that portion of the expense fixed by law to be borne by said City. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing, stating therein Lot and Block or description of property, to City Recorder on or'-before or'-before June 11th, 1921. The City Council at a special meeting meet-ing on June 13th, 1921, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. will consider the proposed pro-posed levy and hear and consider such protests and objections to such proposed improvements as shall have been made.
