J AIP Project No. 3-49-0041-01 will ' be received by the Garfield County Commission at the Commission meeting room in the County Courthouse, until June 23, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. MDT, and then opened and read aloud. .... I The work involved includes the following: I 6 SCHEDULE I ' Scarify, Pave and Mark Runway 321 SCHEDULE II Apron Rehabilitation & Expansion Ex-pansion SCHEDULE ni Install Runway 321 MIRL . A complete set of Plans, Specifications, Speci-fications, and Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., 861 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501, for $50.00 for each set. There will be no refund. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier s Check in the amount of not less than five percent of the total bid, made payable to Garfield County, Utah, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Com- e Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal pro-posal forms and specifications, and he must bid on all items of every schedule. Garfield County reserves he right to waive any informality in or to reject any or ail portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of , 60 days from the opening thereof. I It is intended that work covered by this contract will be completed prior to Sept. 15, 1988. All bidders are advised to exam- I ine the site to become familiar with all site conditions.
