Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 89-1256 (al3405) Carl Ellis Shakespear, P.O. Box 13, Tropic, Ut. proposes to change the nature of use of 1.45 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 89-1256 (A51489). The water has been diverted from a 60-inch well, 20 ft. deep, at a point N. 1880 ft, W. 1460 ft. from the SE Cor., Sec, 1, T37S, R3W; and used for the domestic use of one family; and from April 1 to Oct. 31, for the irrigation of 0.25 acre within the NWV4SEV4 Sec. 1, T37S, R3W. Hereafter 1.45 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100 ft. deep, at a point same as heretofore; and used for the domestic use of one family, commercial ice production; and, from April 1 to Oct. 31, for the irrigation of 0.13 acre but limited to the sole supply of 0.12 acre within a place same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
