Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to exchange water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. 61-area (E2303) Mel & Jean Glazier, Box 9, Kanab, Ut. seek the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River-Decree, pg. 21, 1 share W. Panguitch Irrigation Co. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek at point E. 1900 ft from the WV4 Cor., Sec. 34, T35S, R7W; and used for irrigation purposes. hereafter 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be released into Panguitch Lake at a point same as heretofore; and 0.25 ac. f t. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-300 ft. deep at a point S. 60 ft, E. 1350 ft. from the W4 Cor., Sec. 5.T36S, R7W, (1 mile W. of Panguitch Lake) ; and used for the domestic use of one family within the NEttSWtt Sec. 5, T36S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
