Show Panguitch Patter Jerrie Fackrell 676-2706 Sally Smith's mother, Gladys Myers, Miner-sville came to Panguitch to watch her grandson, Troy Smith and the Panguitch Baseball players win their game against Escalante in a very exciting game. Ruth Henrie went to F ort Lauderdale, Florida with her daughter, Jean and Arthur Gottfredsen, Circleville and grandson. Con and Yvonne Gottfredsen, Orem. They spent a week in Florida before Jean and Arthur took off for Saudi Arabia where they will be teaching for the next two years. While in Forida they were the guests of Bishop and Mrs. Kenneth Mole. They went boat riding on the Atlantic Ocean, site seeing and other exciting adventures. Then Mrs Henrie flew back home with Con and Yvonne. Kirk and LaVenda Moore and sons, Gaylen and Kevin Moore made a trip to Las Vegas over the weekend where they were guests of Lorin and Fprral Rovce Jones. daughter Tiffany and Kevin Jones. The Moores were at the Las Vegas airport to welcome their daughter and daughter in-law, Kristine Jones Moore, wife of the late Steven Moore from her mission. She has served in the Atlanta Georgia Mission for the past 18 months They all enjoyed a lovely dinner party at the Jones home. Saturday the group enjoyed water skiing at Lake Mead. Dan and Mildred Egan spent the weekend with her father Earl Marshall Also visiting Earl Marshall was Tom and Madalyn Marshall, Salt Lake City. Jason Ray Hembree graced the home of his mother and father, Bannie and Jerry Hembree, Arizona. He was born September 6 and weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces. He is the first grandson of Boots and Jim Lyle, Panguitch. Norma and Roy Talbot spent a week in Powell, Wyo. helping Roma and Hal Wilcock get their new home ready to move into. On their way they stopped in Lander and visited Mary Lee and in Koosharem where they welcomed a new grad-nson born to Tom and Maxine Talbot. After being away from home for many years Lynn Dickinsen has returned to Panguitch tc live. He will be living in the basement home formerly occupied by Flora Wright I feel the good wholesome feeling of the BYU staff and student teachers for the three days have been a very good experience for the students as well as the district teachers that have been attending workshops at Brigham Young University. Grace and Kern Owens just returned from Salt Lake City after watching their first grandson marry. Dennis J. Houston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Houston, Cedar City married Susan Contrell, of Salt Lake City. Also attending the affair was his other grandmother, Rula Houston Jenny and Remo Johnson and daughter, Debbie Robison and daughter Shelly, An-nabella went to Spearfish, South Dakota to visit their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Olsen. The drive was beautiful with green farms and lots of antelope roaming the plains. The Olsen's just moved into a new home, they are doing great in Spearfish. What a lovely surprise when Gordon Henrie and son, Craig, Tucson, Ariz, dropped in by airplane for an hours visit with mother, Nina Hatch and grandmother, Mary Sargent. Boy it has been cold the weatherman said it would warm up again next week, I surely do hope he knows what he is talking about.
