Boothe brought suit against her husband, Morris Art Boothe, in tho District Court la&t week., saying that It is tho second com-'plalut com-'plalut slio has filed for divorce slnc5 October 20th, 1018. Mrs. Bootho says thut they wero married at Brigham, October Oct-ober 14, 1809 and that thero are live children ' Morris A., 17, Doris, 11, Elalnell Ruth, 2, and Sammy Pershing, 3 month old. (She says that' tho father is not a fit person to hnvo tho custody X)f tho children and asks for the caro of them with at least $100 a month from tho defendant for ineir maintenance. Tho plaintiff further declares that during 1917, tho defendant mado an assignment tto her of all his interest 1 hs father's estate, but that- ho continued to receive distributive shares of this estate until there is very little-left little-left of it. She says ho makes tfrom $150 to $200 a month, but that for several years he has failed to provide for her. On October 20, 1918, sho says she filed a complaint against her husband for a divorce, 'buC I that sho was induced to aban- I !don tho suit by him and his friends on his promise that ho vould reform and tako caro of her. They became reconciled, I but immediately, she declares, ho continued to fall to provide for her and has since failed to do so. Ogden Examlnor.
