She is ; charged with murder, the result of an abortion performed upon Mrs. Emma ! Neil of No. 517 Twenty-eighth street.' I Both parties are colored. On Weiines-1 Weiines-1 day evening Mis. The woman was st.ll breathing when t hey arrived. One of. them went after Dr. Bothwell. who lives on Ogden street and Twentieth avenue. When he reached the house Mrs. Neil was death The body was taken to the coroner's office. An autopsy revealed t'-e fact that the woman had died from the results of an abort ion.
