Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until well browned and when tops are tapped. Turn loaves out onto rack to cool. This bread makes wonderful sandwiches! Stir until dissolved. Add salt, oil and lecithin. Beat in oats, soya flour, barley flour, rye flour, cornmeal and whole wheat flour until a glutenous sponge is formed. Cover a large bread board with 3 cups of unbleached white flour. Place sponge in center of board, knead white flour into sponge until proper elasticity of dough is reached. Additional flour may be needed. Divide dough into four equal portions; form each into a loaf on slightly oiled board. Place loaves in greased pans. Set in warm place to rise. Cover wtih damp towel. 5x9-inc- When loaves fill pans (about double preheated 350 degree minutes or until done When done, remove loaves from pans, place loaves on sides on wire racks to cool. Makes four loaves. Hot Roll Bran Bread in size) put in oven. Bake 45 (Donna Cartwright) This recipe is a good one for people who think making yeast bread is difficult. Set aside and cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast from the hot roll mix package in warm water. Add yeast, the flour mixture from the hot roll mix package and eggs to the cereal mixture; stir until well blended. Cover bowl with clean towel and set in warm place until dough is light and doubled in size (30 to 45 minutes). Generously grease a 9x5x4-inc- h loaf pan. Spoon dough into greased pan. Cover pan and set in warm place until dough is light and doubled in size (30 to 40 minutes). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake bread 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. If bread becomes too brown before the baking time is up, cover with foil. Remove from pal) immediately; cool on wire rack. Makes one loaf. |
