Show DECEMBER 30, 1982 Honored On 90th Birthday Out Semi Annual A family dinner will be held at Maddox on Dec. 31 to celebrate the 90th birthday of Enid M. Roberts of 2843 W. 1000 N.- , Layton. MRS. ROBERTS was born on Jan. 2. 1893 in HeberCity, a daughter of Margaret Todd and Daid Nathaniel Murdock. She married William Robert Roberts on Oct. 15, 1924 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. Roberts died in 1965. She is an active member of the Layton Second Ward. She has two sons and one daugh-- , ter. Grant B. Roberts; W. Paul SALE Roberts and Barbara R. Anderson, all of Layton. She also has 16 grandchildren and 18 SHE IS a noted vocalist and Will ENID ROBERTS has contributed her talent throughout her lifetime. Layton Clubs LAYTON MR. AND MRS DARWIN TAYLOR 60th Anniversary MR. AND MRS. DARREN REY STEVENS - Temple Rites Debbie Savage and Darren Rey Stevens were married Dec. 9 in the Jordan River Temple by Jeffrey Gibbs. THE BRIDE is a daughter of Sherman D. Savage and Darlene R. Savage of 2896 E. Gentile. The groom is the son of DelMar W. and Judy M. Stevens of 1879 E. Gentile. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the Cooper Room at Utah Tech- nical College. A reception was held at the Oakhills Chapel in Layton. THE BRIDE wore a white lace gewn, full with a hoop skirt, scalloped neckline. Flowers were white and burgundy roses and pink daisies. Michelle Savage, sister of the bride was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lesa Smith, lAllison S'tbvtns and Jilt Savage. They wore pink dresses with white lace color. Held fans decorated w ith white and burgundy roses with pink daisies. THE MOTHERS wore silk burgundy dresses with burgundy roses and pink ribbon. Flower girls were Camille Stevens and Heidi Stevens. Craig Stevens. Dustin Savage and Jeremiah Savage carried gifts. KELLY Meacham formed best per- man duties. Ushers were Brad Stevens, Randy Stevens. Ricky Savage. Prenuptial parties were given by Kathy Savage, an aunt, Darlene and Michelle Savage, mother and sister. LAYTON Edith and Darwin Taylor of 1461 E. Gentile, Layton, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 29. They were married on this date in 1922 in Paris, Ida. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. THE WEDDING anniversary will be celebrated at a family party. Darwin Taylor was born April 21, 1896 on a 160 acre farm in Grant. Ida. After graduating from high school, he attended Ricks Academy (now Ricks College) in Rexburg, Ida. MRS. EDITH Taylor was born Aug. 18, 1901 in Montpellier, Ida. She graduated from high school there. After their marriage, the Taylors made their home in - The Mountain amp of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers held their Christmas meeting and party recently at the home of Captain Myrtle Ward.
