Hanson denied the state's show-caus- e request and lifted the temporary injunction against use of the formula. Defendants m the case were Steele, Burch-Woo- d Limited, and its officers, Lavor R. Wood, president; Robert L. George A. Burch, secretary-treasureMonson, director, and Francis R. Nelson viewed the film Sunday night and judged it in violation of the citys obscenity ordinance. Roberts Nelson Michael seized the film at 8 p.m. Monday and served a summons on Milton John Morgan, a theater employe. James Piepenberg, theater manager, was not present.
