Phillips of Provo, and Danny Ray Austen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ray Austen of Camarillo, Calif., exchanged marriage vows in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Thursday. A reception at the Women's Council Center honored the couple later that evening. The wedding party received guests before a cream colored backdrop accented with green chiffon and a candelabra. Buffet was served from a round table centered with gladiolas. For her wedding the bride selected a gown of heavy candlelight crepe accented with fay seed pearls and appiiuued with Alencon rembroidered lace on the bodice, mandarin collar and deep cuffs. Her waist length illusion veil fell from a headpiece of three crepe roses. She carried a multicolored bouquet of roses, daisies, siephonotis and baby ' breath. The bride was attended by Karla Phillips, Elizabeth Austen, Becky Austen, Dianne Nelson, and Rebecca Bitter wearing floor length deep green velvet skirts and cream colored crepe blouses.
