And all because a retired Provo banker pestered her into signing a claim. The woman, who is working as an attendant in a rest home, didn't think she could get any of her money, so she never returned the claims forms that were mailed to her over the years. Even registered letters failed to get a response. J. Hamilton Caler, a Provo banker, heard about the woman, had the largest unfiled claim against the Utah Savings and Loan until Judge Joseph E. Nelson approved her claim in Fourth District Court Friday. Since he planned to be in Philadelphia, he r.sked the State Financial Commission for a claims form that he would ask the woman to sign.
