Show Asparagus in butter sauce To bring out the goodness and fresh flavor of spring asparagus, as-paragus, serve it with savory butter sauce. Cook two pounds of fresh asparagus or 2 packages pack-ages (10 oz. each) frozen asparagus; as-paragus; drain if necessary. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan sauce-pan melt cup of butter and add Yi cup chopped pecans and Vi cup finely chopped celery. Saute' for 5 minutes. Add lemon lem-on juice, pour sauce over asparagus as-paragus and you're ready to serve a sunny springtime dish. |
