Show Fishing season changes listed With the general fishing season sea-son opening Saturday, June 3, fishermen are reminded of changes in the trout creel limits lim-its this year. The general statewide limit is eight fish regardless of weight. Exceptions to this are Strawberry Reservoir where the limit is six, Lake Powell where the limit is ten, and the High Uintas where the limit is fourteen, however, only eight of the fourteen can be rainbow trout. Also opening June 3 will be the lower Strawberry River for fly fishing only with a limit of five fish with a minimum length of twelve inches. The limit on lake trout is two. The limit for resident under the age of twelve years is four trout. Fish taken by nonresidents nonresi-dents under twelve must be included in the limit of the licensed angler who must accompany ac-company them. If you have a nervous disorder, dis-order, or a heart condition, or diabetes, ask your doctor whether you are a safe driver. This also applies as you get older. Past 65, reflexes and coordination co-ordination tend to be a little slower. |
