Show Bowling leagues conclude season; awards given, officers elected getting hijrh game with 248. Achievement awards were given giv-en to Lizetta Carter and Grant Cragun. Officers elected include Jesse Lazenby president; Paul Dibble, vice president; Nadine Shep a r d, secretary-treasurer and Guy Chesnut, sargeant-at-arms. Approximat e 1 y 100 lady bowlers finished the 1966-67 season with playoffs for championships, cham-pionships, banquets, and the awarding of trophies and prizes priz-es and election of new officers. These appeared last week and the remainder of officers and winners elsewhere in today's paper. Top bowlers in the respective leagues: Art City Ladies, high handicap, 255, went to Norma Simkins with Sue Palfreyman getting the high series with 618. In the Early Birds, high series ser-ies of 609 went to Dottie Per-rero Per-rero with Wanda Peay getting high game with 230. Achievement Achieve-ment award went to Sandy Riser. Ri-ser. In the mixed doubles, high series went to Joan Cragun with 541 with Evelyn Swarts Driving calls for clear, healthy heal-thy eyesight, side vision, judgement judge-ment of distance and the ability abil-ity to see well at night. Have your eyes tested regularly. If you have glasses for distance vision, don't forget to wear them. Frustrations is a baldheaded guy when his wife makes him mad enough to tear his hair.
