Show Kiwanis sets date for benefit musical The Kiwanis Club is sponsoring sponsor-ing a 38-voice a cappella choir from Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria, Calif., directed by Glenn A. Montague, former music instructor of Springville, here April 12. The entertainment entertain-ment is planned for 8 p.m. in the junior high school. The chorus is making an extended ex-tended tour which will include BYU. It is Mr. Montague's second sec-ond year at the college and he is reported to have developed a fine chorus. The only cost to the Kiwanis will be lodging of students. Each member will be asked to take two students. Placing of the students is under direction of Maurice Bird. W. R. Snel-son Snel-son has charge of the ticket sales. Funds derived from the program pro-gram will be used for Kiwanis Kiwan-is projects. |
