Show Civil Service exams planned The Civil Service Commission plans to give three tests in Utah this fall and winter for applicants seeking summer employment em-ployment with the Federal Government in 1967, Sen. Wallace Wal-lace F. Bennett, R-Utah, reported re-ported today. AH applicants must take a U. S. Civil Service screening test to be given in 15 Utah cities. Applications must be received re-ceived by October 21 for a test that will be given November 26. A second test will be given giv-en and applications for it must be in by December 9 for the January 7, 1967 test. The third test deadline is Jan. 9, 1967 for a test to be given Feb. 4, 1967. Application forms are available avail-able at any post office in the 15 cities where the test will be given, Sen. Bennett reported. The forms should be sent directly di-rectly to the U. S. Civil Service Commission, Washington, D. C. Officials told Sen. Bennett that if an applicant passed the Office and Science Assistant examinations for the summer of 1966 they need not take the written test again unless the applicant seeks to improve his score. The tests will be given in: Beaver, Cedar City, Delta, Dug-way, Dug-way, Logan, Moab, Ogden, Panguitch, Price, Provo, Richfield, Rich-field, St. George, Salt Lake City, Tooele and Vernal. |
