Springville man to take bride j in early autumn wedding rites Making plans for an early autumn wedding are pretty . Miss Enid Ann Ritchie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Ritchie of Moab, and Ralph Leon Phillips, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Phillips of Springville. The couple plans to be married in September. Miss Ritchie is a graduate of Utah State University with a degree in food and nutrition and is now with the Tri-River Extension Service with headquarters at Montrose, Colorado. Mr. Phillips received his B.S. degree in animal husbandry hus-bandry from Utah State University where he is now working work-ing toward his masters degree through a fellowship in animal ani-mal toxicology.
