Show Lions set broom sale again here Springville Lions still have an ample supply of brooms left over from their recent sale. To help get these sold, another "broom" day has been scheduled sched-uled for Friday, May 14, for the purpose of completing the project whose funds go to the blind people. Tins is an annual charitable Lions Club project. All members of the club are asked to meet at the home of Jim Damico at 6:30 p.m. to pick up their brooms and begin the sale. Orders will gladly be accepted accept-ed by the Lions for a broom if anyone will give Mr. Damico or Wilford Manwaring or any other Lion member a pall. The order will be filled in person, Lion President Manwaring stated. Springville Lions sell 60 dozen doz-en brooms annually on the project pro-ject to help the blind at the state blind center. These are hand made by those persons physically handicapped with the lack of their sight.
