Show Wedding takes grandfather to California C. B. Ewing of this city, has just returned from California, where he visited relatives and friends and attended the wedding wed-ding of his granddaughter, Judith Ann Seibold and Edward Ed-ward Douglas Benton. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo P. Seibold. After a wedding trip to Hawaii, Ha-waii, the couple will make a home in Redwood City, Calif. The marriage took place on March 21, with Bishop Blaine J. Lemmon of. the San Mateo Second Ward, performing the ceremony. Later a reception was held at Lind Hall in Belmont, Bel-mont, where more than 300 guests were received. The bride's brother, Paul, who is serving .with the US Air Force in Hawaii, was one of the ushers at the reception. Friends of the couple served as attendants. The bride was graduated from Carlmont High School and is employed in Western Gear. Hor husband attended City College and Heald's College, Col-lege, has served in the US Army Ar-my and is employed in Advanced Ad-vanced Technical Laboratory in Mountain View. In addition to attending the wedding and visiting with his daughter ind son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Seibold, Mr. Ewing visited his daughter-in-law and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. (Carol) Atkinson in San Jose, and other relatives. He attended church in the coast cities as well as genealogy classes and was gone a month in all. ' |
