Show Regional Representative named grand marshall Pratt has worked for sixteen years as project engineer with the Utah Department of Transportation, Tran-sportation, more recently for 17 years as engineer and senior vice president of L.A. Young Sons Construction Company. Service in the church has included various advisor and teaching positions including Bishop for seven years, stake mission president, stake president and Regional Representative. Springville High School. He attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in civil engineering. Elder Pratt served a mission to the Virginia-North Virginia-North Carolina area. He also served in the military during the Korean conflict. He married Nila Tingey in 1952, and they have four sons and two daughters. CEDAR CITY -William J. Pratt, Regional Representative for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, has been chosen as the grand marshall over this year's Pioneer Day celebration.
