He started harboring har-boring with Milo Baker in Beaver, and in 1U40 he moved back to Cedar City where he harbored with his brother, Darwin, until lie retired in 18. He loved mining and prospecting, and in 18 lie moved to Mackoy, , Idaho, where he worked lor I'.S. Silver and Mining Co. lor two years More moving back to Cedar City, where he had resided until now. He is survived by his wife of Cedar City; two daughters and a son: Beverly Joseph of Salt Lake City. Virginia Tinder of Park City, and James M. Nelson of Washington, Utah. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, (i greatgrandchildren great-grandchildren and a brother, Darwin Nelson, of Cedar City. Funeral services were July 13, l'.)81, at 1 p.m. in the Cedar Twelfth LDS Ward Chapel. Interment was in the Mountain View Cemetery in Beaver under the direction of the Spilsbury & (I raff. Mortuary.
