Show Kanarraville By CAR.MA WILLIAMS Record Correspondent Visitors this past week with Lou Ella Hawkins were her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mary Hawkins and son Jeffrey from Huntington. Hun-tington. Utah; Mary's brother, Michael McEvins; and Lou Ella's brother and sister-in-law, A.J. and Mary Robinson Irom Las Vegas. Shirlee Reeves and sons, Delbert and Eldon, spent two days in Provo helping her daughter move to Salt Lake City. Eric and Elaine Gillin and family from Oasis, I'tah, stopped to visit their parents, Willard and Alva Batty. They left their lamily here and the Gillins went on to Las Vegas lor a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Arno Christiansen and daughter Irom Provo, visited briefly with Elmer and Bessie Davies and Sylva Williams. Bevan and Shane Heritore Irom Las Vegas arc here spending the week with their grandparents, grand-parents, Lynn and Ella Reeves. MMMMAIMAMUMMM Dever and Nedra Pollock from Pnehurst, Idaho, spent a few days, here with their aunt and uncle, Lena Williams and Cecil Parker. Alenna Berry and daughter Aloma and Karla Davis, spent three days in Henderson, Nev. They went to attend the wedding reception pf Dewight Blackburn and Kimmy Larson. Dewight is the son of Dewight and Juana Blackburn and Kimmy is the daughter of Claude and Carolyn Larson. Visiting with Lynn Reeves on his birthday July 5 were Devon and Faith Reeves of Cedar City, Verna and Stelman llinton, and Retta and Allen Davis of Las Vegas. Ora and Leila Heap from Salt Lake City came Saturday to spend a few days here with their sister and brother-in-law, Verna and Leonard Davis. Dick and Lorraine Fife and girls from Las Vegas, spent Sunday afternoon here with their aunt and uncle. Carma and Chester Williams. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAl Troy Utz, son of Carol Powell, is in Fresno, Calif., spending the summer with his father. The decendants of James George Davis and Samuel L. Pollock held a joint reunion July 5 at the ward cultural hall. There were 120 present. The afternoon was spent with a program and genealogy business. Then refreshments refresh-ments were served. Tera Dawn Williams from Henderson, Nev., spent a week here with her grandparents, Ross and Opal Williams. A baby boy was born Saturday at Valley View Medical Center to Monta and Maurice Munlord. The little boy , was welcomed home by three brothers; George, Charlie and Kyle. Barbara and Meredith Munlord moved their sister, Liz Ence, Saturday to Provo where Liz will'attend BYU. Kelsey, Utahna and Mervin Taylor, and Joe Williams, Irom Las Vegas, spent several days here with Berta Williams. |
