Show TIGERETTE r 771 NEWS v By SHIRLEEN SHIELDS Tigerette meetings were held during the summer at the home of I ola Young. To raise money for their basketball uniforms, the girls sold a book, "The Early History of Milford," written by George Horton Jr. They held one cake sale, and also wish to service at banquets or dinners for clubs and civic groups. For information concerning rates, etc., interested persons may contact lola Young. The first Tigerette meeting of the school year was held Wednesday Wed-nesday of last week afiter school. During the meeting the club elected Georgia Beth Smith as secretary-treasurer, to replace Wilma Aagard. We. also discussed dis-cussed Tigerette initiations. The Tigerette uniforms for use at football games have arrived ar-rived and will be worn when the girls appear at the football game with Juab High Friday, Sept. 13. Be sure and support the teaml I |
