Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS THE STATE OF UTAH, OFFICE OF STATE ENGINEER, Salt Lake City, December 18, 1941. Notice is hereby given that Evan S. Lee, Virgin, Utah, has filed Application No. a-1583 to permanently change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.83 sec. ft. of water acquired by Application No. 11862, and the Virgin River Decreed Rights Nos. 80 and 81 in the water of Virgin River, tributary to the Colorado River in Washington County. Said water has been diverted from Jan. I to Dec. 31, incl. of each year, for irrigation purposes at the following fol-lowing points: (1) S 300 ft from the NVi cor sec 31, tp 41 S R II W SLB&M, and (2) N 1150 ft and W 400 ft from the SE cor sec 22, tp 41 S R 12 W SLB&M, and used to irrigate 108.2 acres of land in the NWNW4 sec 31 tp 41 S R 11 W; SN and NS sec 25 tp 41 S R 12 W NWV4NE and NENW sec 27 tp 41 S R 12 W SLB&M. It is now proposed to divert 1.83 sec ft of water at a pt S 300 ft from the N cor sec 31 tp 41 S R 11 W SLB&M by means of a brush dam, thence through a ditch, flume and pipe 9,094 ft in length and used throughout the entire year to irrigate 90 acres of land located in parts of the NWNW sec 31 tp 41 S R 11 W; S sec 24; N and NS sec 25 tp 41 S R 12 W SLB&M. All protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with Ed. H. Watson, Wat-son, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and 51-00 filing fee on or before February 21 1942. ED. H. WATSON, State Engineer.
