Show T0QUERYILLE Mrs. Rovvena VV. Slack Reporter Evan Theobald, LaVon Beatty and Frank Anderson are home on furloughs. Clarence Theobald returned on Sunday from Salt Lake City, where he had been to take his final examination before being taken into the Army. He leaves Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Anderson left Wednesday for Tremonton, to visit their daughter, Mrs. Fred Hanson. Mrs. Harry Slack returned last Monday from Salt Lake City, where she had been visiting the past week. Rulon Beatty and Howard Fish returned Wednesday from Long Beach, Calif., after visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Beatty for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Beatty and family returned Wednesday from Kolob, where they have been during dur-ing the past summer. Mrs. L. S. Kleinman returned Monday from Salt Lake City, where she has been visiting her grandson, Frances Rumph, who was operated on last week. School commenced on Tuesday morning with Webb Barber as principal and Ruby Savage as teachers. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Beatty and son, Park, returned Wednesday Wednes-day from Zion Park, where they have been the past summer. Marsetta Glazier returned Monday Mon-day from Sun Valley, Ida., where she has been the past six months working. . Benj. Bringhurst and daughter, Mrs. Chester Adams, visited Mrs. Bringhurst Tuesday at the Iron county hospital, where she has undergone an operation. Mrs. Vera Jensen left Tuesday for Salt Lake City, after visiting a few days at the home of her sisters and brother-in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Frances Slack and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Bringhurst. Mrs. Leland Bringhurst and small son returned to their home Tuesday from Hurricane. Myron Stout of Salt Lake City visited Monday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Samuel Bringhurst. |
